WCB orders for pre-fab manufacturing

A property developer new to the Okanagan approached Al for help to develop a Prime Contractor Health and Safety Program for a development that included a mixture of pre-fab (manufactured) and stick built homes. While they were experienced developers, they had not fulfilled the role of Prime Contractor in British Columbia before and so needed assistance to ensure they complied with all regulations. They wanted a plain language solution that could be easily understood by sub-contractors with a wide range of literacy. Al developed a comprehensive Prime Contractor Safety Program that included all of the components they needed and nothing that they didn’t! In addition, Al developed all of the forms they needed to implement their program and provided inspection services when the client had to utilize a crane on-site to fly in the modular components of the buildings.
