Electrical Contractor – overhaul of safety program

A 50+ year old Okanagan electrical company approached Al to help them with an overhaul of their safety program. They work in all aspects of electrical contracting, have a strong management team with excellent competence in overseeing the day-to-day safety of the 35+ member team, but needed outside help to complete their program update. Al reviewed their program manual and eliminated 50% (62 pages) of non-relevant materials, while ensuring they had all of the components necessary for compliance. This included adding material and editing the manual for plain language to ensure maximum readability for all staff.
